And he said “sorry your plane crashed” that’s not the same as accepting responsibility for shooting it down. Imagine I shot your son, and said “sorry your son hurt himself”, sounds more insulting than an apology.
I thought Putin already apologised to Kazakhstan and the UK rejected it?
