Subaru is great. I live in the land of eternal winter, and it’s unstoppable. Bought my Impreza diesel two years ago and put 50k kilometers on it with zero mechanical problems. Plenty of used parts out there for a 2011 as well.
I tend to just stand and snap them. Some moving around, but not running from them. They will get stunned if you get in some good shots, but I try to let it charge as much power into each shot as possible. I mostly use the basic film, and try to save up the better one for bosses or tough fights. Upgrading helps a lot too.
I don’t think they are very difficult games, both in terms of combat and puzzles. Anything in particular you are struggling with?
Road cycling. I was running for years, but I never really enjoyed it much. Never really got past the hobby stage of cycling, but eventually bought a nice mountain bike and started getting serious.
Then I later sold the mountain bike and got a road bike. This is my true calling. I have the full gear, with bibs, cycling socks and everything. I try to ride my bike whenever the weather is nice, but… that is unfortunately rare in my area.
I haven’t actually watched many lore videos on YouTube, but I hear Luetin09 is supposed to be one of the best. I’ve been looking for animated series though, as I think 40K would be a very good fit for that format. I’ll check out Janovich right away! Warhammer TV also isn’t available in my country, but it seems most of the content is the fan-made stuff on YouTube anyway.
Yes! The orks are always happy. Even if they are killed in battle, they don’t care. They died doing what they love. Incredibly wholesome in a way that is rarely seen in 40K.
If I wasn’t busy forklifting for the next few hours, I’d do a super long write-up, but it’s the story of how the Emperor of Mankind’s favored son betrayed him and forever divided the galaxy into loyalists and traitors, creating what is now known as the Warhammer 40K universe. I’d recommend giving it a Google and/or watching some lore videos on YouTube. And… definitely reading the novels “Horus Rising”, “False Gods” and “Galaxy in Flames”. Only about 1300 pages or so total. Definitely worth it!
Mount and Blade: Warband
Probably not super obscure, but I don’t see a lot of talk about it nowadays. Project Zero (aka Fatal Frame) is easily my favorite horror game series. The first games on PS2/Xbox constantly give me chills. Excellent sound design and atmosphere.
The Horus Heresy.
Trying to make games in Godot engine.

Work intensively for 5 hours until production goals are met, then sleep in the forklift for 3 hours.
Gunpla. Doesn’t seem that obscure when looking at forums and communities on the interweb, but I doubt it has a huge following among the mainstream.
I also just bought a accordion.
The bottle cage and seatpost on my road bike kept coming loose during rides. I didn’t tighten hard enough because “it’s carbon bro, you gotta be careful with that torque”. We got some pretty poor times on Strava.
I use different usernames on almost everything. Usually the first and best from recent events that comes to mind.
The first Deus Ex is probably my favorite. Command and Conquer: Tiberian Sun also had some great atmospheric tracks.
I can’t think of many other game soundtracks that aren’t incredibly mainstream picks, but I played a game called Severed Steel earlier this year, and I loved the soundtrack. I bought it after finishing the game.
English. We had a cool teacher.
