To illustrate my point. Doesn’t matter who said it. It won’t be reflected in passed policy because the exploitation-class benefits from division.

Having m4a, affordable housing, 25$ mimimum wage, helping the homeless, food programs. Anything that helps the poor…
If you really think that the Dems are so much better, why don’t people have nice things in California? The dems have super majority there for many years…? Just bad luck?
Good reply. I can respect that.
You shouldn’t take any politician by their word…
Well, the Dems gambled in 2016, regard the supreme court judges, and lost. Big time… The people will pay the price… Weird that the oligarchs win no matter what happens…
“As your president, I will do everything in my power to protect our LGBTQ citizens from the violence and oppression of a hateful foreign ideology.” - Biden 2016

Best import some death squads to fix the problem, love from the us government. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=lUjOdjdH8Uk
Never forget that when Noam got scared, he greenlighted fascist tactics. Mandating an experimental medical procedure. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KMzPPa-M0JA
Well, you don’t have to be a good person, as long as you’re not an asshole. It doesn’t matter what other people think about you. It only matters what you think, and if you are willing to improve on it. I’m trying to better myself by spending more time with my family. There is always something you can do to be a better person, not for someone else, but for you. I’m still rooting for you.
From what you are writing, you seem like a good guy. So you got that going for you. You never count your money, when you’re sittin’ at the table. Shortest road to true happiness is; don’t be an asshole. You seem to pass, so keep going and you will get there. Other people can’t make you happy, only you can. I’m rooting for you.
Rules for thee, not for me.
The wet dream of the 1% is coming true; Their own personal army with no moral compass.
It’s not that Biden hates borrowers or students. The problem is, that even way back then, he owed too much favours, so he drafted legislation that “the big guys” (his quote) wanted.
Results from Cca 1990 being easier to criminalize young people, and young people with records could not wipe debt/much harder to do. (if I understood it correctly).
He stole the battery in 1978, 1990, 1998 , 2005. If you can’t see the pattern, then I can’t help you.
He didn’t vote on this, he co-wrote it. Wake up man…
These are the things that he’s proud of. He’s not ashamed of these policies. Not one bit.

In 1978 he co-wrote a bill that introduced the first limit on how students could use bankruptcy law to reduce their debt burden.
In 1990 he helped author the Crime Control Act, which is famous for stepping up sentencing guidelines, included an entirely unrelated clause that further lengthened the time students had to wait before they could declare bankruptcy on their student loans.
In 1998 they introduced an “undue hardship” clause to federal student loan bankruptcy proceedings; making it even more difficult to declare bankruptcy on student debt.
To top all of this off, he supported adding the undue hardship clause to private student loans in 2005.

Back in the day, if you were gay, ignorant people thought their lifestyle had bad influece on others. They were afraid of the consequences of having gay people living close to them. The gays were ostracized, persecuted, ridiculed, excluded from bars/communities/etc. I just post this comment as a reminder. Please be nice to others. You don’t know where they come from. Try to be including, start dialogues, build bridges.
