Do you have a source on that? All I saw was a Tweet which took combat-ready tanks on invasion day and seemingly ignored the many tanks which could’ve been combat-readied in the last year.

The second point may actually be very true. This way they are a smaller target for anti-trust investigations in case Twitter is completely obsoleted by Threads.
