If you are in windows, right click on the iso and the option to mount the image should come up. Once mounted it should look like a DVD or CD was inserted and should behave as such.

I just create a playlist “watch later” add my videos to it and use it like the watch later feature in YouTube. It does a pretty good job

You can use a chrome cast and install tailscale on it and then connect to your tailscale home network and then Jellyfin from there. I installed tailscale on a android phone on a road trip and the family watch jellyfin the whole way. But you need that additional layer to run tailscale on, then connect to jellyfin.
