https://social.network.europa.eu/@EU_Commission.rss works fine for me. What reader are you using?
does firefox not have an IOS version? It might not have an addblocker out of the box but, in android at least, it supports addons and thus ublock origin.
This was awesome. Got stuck on rule 16 with chess because the captcha contained c2 in it. I spent a good 5 minutes in the geoguesser section. I wilk definetely play again later
It actually seems like a person when I looked but still the behaviour seems worthy of a block just to avoid that first 5 seconds of confusion if you stuble upon a comment.
Hey thanks for the link. That is a sad account.
This is not true. I am not from the US or a lawyer but these donations sould show up on your receipt and count as your direct donation to the charity. The store is just a middleman and does not get any benefit. Here is a random, semi recent article about it you can find a lot more if you look it up online.
So lemmy assumes there is no need to federate stuff to instances if nobody on those instances is subscibed to the community. Basically the users of the instance dictate what gets fedaterated to it. The partial existance of https://lemmy.ml/comment/760707 still is confusing to me though. If the parent got federated (meaning someone was subscibed before its creation) why not the replies? Maybe someone subscribed from sh.itjust.works and searched fot it?
The fact that children/replies to comments are not fetched seems like a bit of an oversight but it’s understandable since this would likely not be a big problem with users in the high hundereds.
At least one person has to subscribe to that instance from the instance that you want synced, then it starts federating.
Im not sure I understand, are you saying the problem is that no person from sh.itjust.works is subscribed to lemmy.ml/c/Greece so there is no federation between them ? Or just in general from sh.itjust.works to lemmy.ml ? This seems unlikely since they are relatively large. Here is the post from sh.itjust.works instance I am not sure this tracks. I might have missed something.
I just started using Jerboa. Not sue how it stacks up but I haven’t encountered anything to fault it so far
E: Ha when I replied I couldn’t see any other replies. Not sure if things synced up or the app didn’t refresh though.
No problem. You can verify the feed here:

so it definetely is fine. Good luck.
