Like day 2 roadkill in the summer, right?

The Marvellous Mrs Maisel.
Managed to be funny and heartfelt all the way through, with a well written conclusion. Anything that doesn’t wrap up properly just sinks any enjoyment for me, but this show left me feeling satisfied.
Well, that’s a … win?
I’m going to go out on a limb and guess that they invite you because they think they can “straighten you out”, the garbage they believe is that all kids are straight and cis and it’s down to brainwashing by the deep state Jewish space lasers that anyone would think otherwise.
For your own sake, best to stay away.
Mike Row Soft, fast and funny!
It was for government owned computers, they didn’t want any pirated or virus-infected stuff, and at that point there was no way to lock down such a mish-mash of systems.
The software company (who also do things like run prisons these days) had given permission for us to run the software and given a set of fake data so we could go through the motions when talking people through things, but apparently that wasn’t enough to get it on the list.
A long time ago in a galaxy far away (before the internet was a normal thing to have) I provided over-the-phone support for a large and complex piece of software.
So, people would call up and you had to describe how they could do the thing they needed to do, and if that failed they would have to wait a few days until you went to the site to sort it in person.
The software we supported was not on the approved list for the company I worked for, so you couldn’t use it within the building where the phones were being answered.
If I had to call you something, it would be “embarrassingly thoughtless to others”.
Oh I agree with that completely, only babies wet their knickers at the first sign of properly gendering others.
The poster above me here is absolutely right, she shouldn’t be forced to use the wrong pronouns. It might make her uncomfortable.
Detroit: Become Human.
The demo gives you one level, playing as an android helper to the police, helping to solve a murder.
The full game really took me through the looking glass in terms of empathy. Can’t really say more without significant spoilers.
You just have to whisper the right word in his ear. Usually something to do with feet.
Wow, and I thought my car insurance of €170 was expensive this year!
They assume all windows users only have one hand free at all times
Belgiums looking good there!
It’s good to see that there’s a few other countries going for it too, I guess there’s large parts of the world where it’s going to be near impossible though due to distances and lack of electricity (until solar cars are cheap and plentiful, but we might have all perished by then, lol)
However Nissan do have R&D and manufacturing facilities in the UK, so the law would affect them directly … also, outside the EU has anyone else proposed a set date to end ICE car sales?
Yeah, the firefighters here are well supplied, it’s amazing that places like Canada and Australia don’t have this sorted out already … and don’t get me started on the lack of upkeep of electricity infrastructure causing fires in the US!
Yes … but that was before I volunteered!
There are times I’m glad to come from a small family, the drama is similar but there’s just less of it.
And yeah, people do come around. I didn’t talk to my mum at all for 12 years, and it was a very slow restart, whereas now she refers to my enby partner as an essential part of the family, and loves when we come to visit.
There’s other relatives I cut out and don’t intend on reconnecting with, but at least it wasn’t all of them.
