You are correct. What I don’t like is you have to put in an offer on a house and get that far before you see the rules.
For a whole new level of frustration, try to research any HOA before you buy a house. Their rules aren’t typically disclosed until after you buy the house put in your offer and enter escrow.
I run a static site using Hugo, Gitea, Gitea Runners, Cloud Front, and S3.

Another solution might be setting up Syncthing on all your computers. It would present as a folder on the local systems and anything put in there would be synced to the other systems. No logins required.

Have you tried the Notes app in Nextcloud? I moved all my keep notes to that not too long ago, and they show up as markdown files when you sync them to your desktop. There’s a Notes Android app as well.
