I heard the US military swears by a bodyscan meditation exercise. That works for me, or at the very least calms me way down. Sometimes I’ll try and take a short walk through the night, because I love it, but thinking about leaving the bed an getting ready for outside makes me very sleepy :) . Good luck falling asleep, unwanted awakeness is super boring and gets old really quick.

Man o man, I love me some zomboid. Almost everyday, when I leave for work, about 5 minutes into my journey I get the zomboid heebie-jeebies :-).

Bought a Pocophone F1 when that had insane value per dollar. Had to “wait” for a cooldown period to unlock the bootloader. I had never bought phones made for a Chinese market before. I have never felt more disrespected by a phone company, forcing me to use their launcher for 2 weeks, so condescending. I am a functioning human adult, thank you very much, I’ll chose my own software. Never interested in made for Chinese market phones again.

I hope everything checks out legally, and they can resume offering this comfort to folks with no other options left. RIP when the time comes, everyone :).

The always sunny explanation is better then most. Art is in the eye of the beholder. I think almost everything can be/is art, if you tried to create beauty or evoke emotion with design, it is art. No one can really call themselves an artist without sounding… Almost pompous? We are all artists.

Apples USB-C DAC dongle is available locally, cheap including shipping and basically best at price point (cheap) unless you want to roll the dice with Alibaba or similar. I have 3 because dongles tend to disappear, with them being tiny and all. I had others from international sellers but they all disappointed except for audio volume.
