Last one I played a lot was I think Black ops 4, bought Cold War and was disappointed, especially since I needed an Xbox live subscription to even play single player
But last one I enjoyed was probably Black ops 2

Isn’t that the ones with the mech suits? I hated the loot box guns so much. Couldn’t compete with those
You can yeah, I’ve just had major trouble getting Lutris to work on my system
That’s sounds a lot more convenient
That’s actually kinda neat, especially given how popular GoPro footage was at the time and like, stunts in general
Iirc it was only used for uploading screenshots and videos captured on the consoles
For what it’s worth, the Heroic Games launcher works out of the box for me on Mint, it also handles GOG
Last I played was Cold War on Xbox, couldn’t even get past “press start to continue” without Xbox Live Gold, the only way I could play single player or zombies was to eithe unplug the Ethernet, or disable the network for the Xbox entirely. Just to start the game.
Also not gatekeeping modes and content I already paid for if I can’t afford the newest expansion, and just straight up removing content that was paid for
Minecraft has always got to be #1 for me, most people have played it and there is a near limitless things to do, it really is a true sandbox.
I’m torn on #2 because both games or so dear to me, but it’s a split between Kingdom Hearts 2, and Metal Gear Solid 3. I’d probably give it to KH2 just because you can also do so much to make the game either harder or more enjoyable, and Disney just adds that extra oomph to make it charming
As for 3, I’m not really sure. There are so many games I’ve had really fond memories of, between sleepovers with my neighbor and staying up all night playing Timesplitters Future Perfect on the GameCube, to Black ops 2 and all the fun I had with my online friends. As unsatisfying as it is, I think I’d have to leave 3 open
Doesn’t seem like that fair of a comparison. MGS3 HD is a finished game while the trailer they released of MGS3 Delta is an in-engine preview which mostly just shows what the engine CAN DO not necessarily what the game is going to look like
Yeah it’s really weirdly paced for a new player. When I started playing, they threw me directly into a late story mission and I had no idea who people were or what was going on. To no one’s surprise, I experienced story events out of order and was spoiled by the game itself
and even more DLC in Early Access
I’m so glad I can buy the games separately. I’m really only wanting to play MGS3 but already own 1 and 2 on GOG
really wish there was more casual nudity livestreams
69% of my games are played
Also nearly 15k hours of playtime
Time to pay off my debt to a raccoon and fish all day.
Definitely not a bad way to live. Talk to your animal villagers, the debt doesn’t have any interest and you could just never pay it and I’d get to just chill in nature
IIRC they banned it a few months ago https://imgurinc.com/rules
Pretty much yeah, there is a reason why Madden and FIFA (formerly) were top sellers every year with extremely minimal changes. It’s a safe game that sold like crazy. Same with Call of Duty. If we want something fresh, indie games for the most part try not to fall into the saturated market and stand out above their peers
