People who make a big deal about “true free speech” just want to be able to be as bigoted as possible with no repercussions. They want to be able to say whatever nasty shit they want and not get in trouble. Every “absolute free speech” site devolves into that shit pretty much instantly. Lo and behold, those sites end up having to censor posts anyway so that they don’t get shut down for illegal shit like CP or something. There are tons of those places, OP. In fact, I’m willing to bet you have an account on several of them. So what are you hoping for with this post? Are they not “free” enough? Recently there was some rich guy who wanted free speech so badly he bought the entire social network, and then he proceeded to unban Nazis and child porn posters, but would ban users who would criticize him, or talk about his business habits.
