The latest surprise Steam hit is Content Warning, a Lethal Company-style game that’s enjoying enormous success on Valve’s platform off the back of a ‘free to keep’ promotion that ends soon.
Unfortunately the article came a bit late, the promotion is already over. The game seems really good however.
It seems like this would break some EU and Australian consumer laws. Though I‘m not sure if „for free“ counts as a discount.
Why would it be illegal to give away your game for 24 hours?
Interesting take, but I don’t think the argument would hold water in court.
