Mine probably isn’t that secret these days, but almost every sauce I add nutritional yeast to. Curry, chilli, bolognese, it just makes them all better.

    I try to remember that book “salt fat acid heat” when i am making up a dish from the food in the fridge/pantry when trying to decide what might work.
